Sound Bath Attunement with Lucy

Lucy, from Light Alchemy, is one of 'our' people. We feel very honoured to host this special experience again.

"These sound baths are entirely led by the heart, intuitive, expansive and pure. It's an amalgamation of Lucy's experience as a biofield tuner and energy healer. With the support of light (candles in our case), sound (singing bowls), and silence, Sound Bath Attunements are a harmonic offering. A space to rest, release, and receive."

Need to know:

Please arrive at least ten minutes early. The Yoga Room gate will open at 6pm. You're welcome to come early to spend quiet time before class.

Shoes and phone off please. Comfy clothes are all you need.
